Stage 4. User testing and iteration
Organized user testing sessions with Usertesting.com to gather feedback on the app's usability and appeal. Utilized both in-person and the remote testing methods to collect a wide range of insights.
Reviewed feedback to pinpoint usability issues and areas needing improvement. Made design updates to address user concerns, and marketing enhancements, to improve the app's functionality, and elevate the overall user experience and marketability.
Stage 5. Final presentation and handoff
Compiled and presented the project report to stakeholders, detailing the design process, user testing findings, and final app design. Highlighting the app's potential for marketing towards home owners, and real estate agents.
Design deliverables handed off to the development team. Provided support to ensure the best transition from design to development.
